Account Executive – Graduate Role

Location: Bristol, Hybrid

Job Type: Permanent position, full time. 3 days in office and 2 days working from home

Salary: £28,000 base + £2000 bonus

The Opportunity

With 40% year-on-year growth and receiving investment from the UK's largest bank, we are still in our high-growth phase. This year we've already secured several new strategic partnerships with prestigious Higher Education Universities across the UK. We currently have an opportunity to join Hybrid as an Account Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in supporting on the delivery of bespoke and often complex creative campaigns. 

We are looking to upskill and immerse a recent graduate into this exciting role, and provide deep understanding of operational processes, creative strategies and campaigns to help us meet and exceed specific client brand, engagement and student recruitment goals. 

You'll be supporting our in-house creative team working with our Strategic Lead and Account Managers to deliver world class creative campaigns, ensuring they reach relevant audiences, our client communications are top notch and our project delivery and management is consistently exceeding expectations.

 

The day-to-day:

 

·       Support the account management team by ensuring the schedules of our global creative team are up to date and accurate and fully utilised

·       Take the lead on resourcing meetings to ensure we are future planning at all times across our offices and project requirements

·       Support through each stage of the account management process, from discovery calls and project scoping through to status calls and internal briefings

·       Thorough proofing and quality control across the outputs of our creative work

·       Provide meaningful insights and benchmarking data to add value to client meetings

·       Establish strong working relationships across our global offices

·       Travel to client sites as and when required to support across key meetings. 

 

You should have: 

·       Ideally a degree in marketing or a related subject to this role

·       Grit, determination and a willingness to get stuck into any challenge

·       A solutions mindset and desire to improve how we work

·       A highly energetic presence to engage clients and build rapport, whilst galvanising our team to deliver outstanding creative

·       Fantastic attention to detail, organisational skills and a calm presence to deliver under pressure
