The Opportunity 

You’ll write high-impact bid submissions for universities, working closely with colleagues across media, creative, research and strategy. You’ll gather insights, conduct research, and craft compelling narratives that show why Hybrid is the best partner. 

What You’ll Do 

• Write excellent bid submissions. 

• Analyse tender requirements. 

• Combine research with team knowledge. 

• Coordinate workflow and deadlines. 

• Pull together information from across the business. 

• Keep up with marketing and education trends. 

• Proof, refine and strengthen your work.
