Account Executive – Graduate Role
Location: Bristol, Hybrid
Job Type: Permanent position, full time. 3 days in office and 2 days working from home
Salary: £28,000 base + £2000 bonus

The Opportunity
With 40% year-on-year growth and receiving investment from the UK's largest bank, we are still in our high-growth phase. This year we've already secured several new strategic partnerships with prestigious Higher Education Universities across the UK. We currently have an opportunity to join Hybrid as an Account Executive, where you'll play a pivotal role in delivering bespoke and complex digital campaigns.
We are looking to upskill and immerse a recent graduate into this exciting role, and provide deep understanding of operational processes, strategies and campaigns to help us meet and exceed specific client brand, engagement and student recruitment goals.
You'll be supporting our client partnerships and you will work with our dedicated teams to deliver world class digital campaigns, ensuring they reach relevant audiences, hit their targets and bring new innovations to how we work.
The day-to-day:
· Support the account management team by coordinating advertising campaigns and directly managing the relationships with a select group of clients
· Support clients through each stage of the account management process, from discovery calls and campaign launches through to progress calls and reports
· Take the lead on client meetings to run through the ongoing results of their campaigns
· Provide meaningful insights and benchmarking data to add value to client meetings
· Establish strong relationships with client accounts
· Regular account administration duties in line with our overarching framework, including launching campaign assets and ad campaigns
· Travel to client sites as and when required to deliver review meetings.
You should have:
· A degree in marketing or a related subject to this role
· Grit, determination and a willingness to get stuck into any challenge
· A solutions mindset and desire to improve how we work
· A highly energetic presence to engage clients and build rapport, whilst galvanising our team to deliver powerful campaigns
· Fantastic attention to detail, organisational skills and a calm presence to deliver under pressure
· The desire to build long term relationships and shape the media and marketing strategy for our global partners
